Convey Organizational Warmth, Uphold the Craftsman Spirit | Zhucheng Municipal Party Committee and Federation of Trade Unions Conduct Condolence Visits to Model Workers at MAIHE

On January 26, 2026 (the 8th day of the 12th lunar month), Li Zhenhua, Member of the Standing Committee of the Zhucheng Municipal Party Committee and Secretary of the Political and Legal Affairs Commission, and Li Peiyu, Secretary of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Zhucheng Federation of Trade Unions, led a delegation to MAIHE. They paid a visit to and extended condolences to Comrade Zhang Kaixu, a Model Worker of Zhucheng, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of MAIHE. Meanwhile, they conveyed sincere greetings and high respect to the employee representatives who are striving on the front lines of intelligent manufacturing R&D and production, and presented them with New Year condolence funds, festival gift packages as well as warm wishes from the trade union organization.

In the meeting room of MAIHE, Secretary Li Zhenhua had a cordial exchange with Comrade Zhang Kaixu, listening carefully to the enterprise’s development journey from its establishment to its listing on the stock market. He gained an in-depth understanding of the enterprise’s overall layout of businesses such as intelligent equipment, intelligent IoT and planning & design, as well as its development strategies of "strengthening the enterprise with talents, leading by R&D, and expanding the international market", and spoke highly of the experience the enterprise has gained in technological innovation and employee training mechanisms. Upon learning that the project of "Intelligent Main Welding Line for Automobiles in Unmanned Factory" designed by the team led by Zhang Kaixu won the Gold Award of the 2025 Shandong Provincial Industrial Design Competition, Secretary Li fully affirmed the enterprise’s exemplary role in adhering to independent innovation and promoting the high-end, intelligent and green development of the manufacturing industry, and spoke highly of the spirit of model workers in the new era embodied in him, which is "dedication to work and striving for excellence, hard work and courage to innovate".

Chairman Li Peiyu stated: "Model workers are the benchmark of the times and the backbone of enterprises. Trade union organizations will continue to improve the long-term mechanism for serving model workers—promoting the normalization of services, the precision of care, and the institutionalization of role play, and effectively build platforms, solve problems and boost morale for the growth of model workers."
