MAIHE Wins the First Prize of Weifang Science and Technology Progress Award, Empowering High-Quality Industrial Development with Core Hard Technologies

Recently, the Science and Technology Bureau of Weifang City issued the certificates for the 2025 Weifang Science and Technology Innovation Achievements, and the project "R&D and Application of Key Technologies for the Intelligent Welding Robot System Based on Cloud Technology" declared by our company won the First Prize of Weifang Science and Technology Progress Award.

This project focuses on the R&D of an intelligent welding robot system based on cloud technology, and innovatively adopts an integrated process flow of "visual information collection - process parameter reasoning - path planning", which greatly improves the production efficiency and processing precision of the welding robot system. Meanwhile, it enhances manufacturing flexibility by virtue of parametric programming technology, and accurately addresses the industry pain points of traditional teach-repeat welding robots, such as low efficiency, poor precision, insufficient flexibility and difficulty in adapting to the production mode of multi-variety and small-batch production. It has enabled the large-scale mass production of intelligent welding robots, helping enterprises accelerate their transformation and upgrading. The independently developed intelligent welding robot system has been widely applied in the field of mechanical manufacturing, effectively driving the improvement of the overall technological level of the manufacturing industry and meeting the core demands for high quality and high reliability of manufacturing products.
