On the morning of September 29, 2025, the departure ceremony for the export of the intelligent welding production line developed by MAIHE Robot for Renault Group's Brazilian factory was successfully held at MAIHE Company! Relevant leaders and department heads of Zhucheng City, representatives from Renault and their accompanying team, representatives from partners such as Siemens, Festo and Dürr, as well as several media outlets attended the ceremony.

      Zhang Kaixu, Secretary of the Party Committee and General Manager of MAIHE Co., Ltd., stated that the intelligent welding production line customized by the company for Renault's Brazilian factory and shipped to Curitiba, the capital of Paraná State in Brazil, marks the first time the company's products have entered the South American market, which is of milestone significance.

      Mr. Pierre JAUVION, General Manager of Process Engineering at Renault, expressed amazement at China's technical level and professional services in the manufacturing sector, spoke highly of the product quality provided by MAIHE Co., Ltd., and expressed full confidence in the in-depth cooperation between the two parties in the future.

      The products and projects shipped this time include two parts: the body side line and the metal line of the welding workshop, involving two vehicle models. The total contract value is 7.05 million euros (approximately 60 million yuan). It includes the addition of special automated equipment for the body side line, roof line, and metal line, as well as the transformation of shared tooling. The maximum production of takt time reaches 60 JPH, ranking among the top in overseas markets.

      A delegation from Renault Group inspected the welding equipment in MAIHE's intelligent welding workshop.

      During the visit, Robinson, Brazilian Project Manager of Renault Group, said, "MAIHE has a very strong technology and team, with an extremely fast manufacturing speed, and is an excellent partner. We are fully confident that we can successfully complete this project during the upcoming installation and commissioning phase."
